OVERVIEW
Welcome to Westmere.
Westmere is an online store operated by Aldebaran Commerce Business LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Westmere," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms of Service and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern your access to and use of westmere.online, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, services, purchases, and transactions offered through the website (collectively, the "Services").
Our Store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce infrastructure that enables us to offer the Services.
By visiting, accessing, interacting with, or using our Services, or by placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated into them, including our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information regarding your legal rights, purchases, payment, delivery, warranties, limitations of liability, and dispute procedures.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or waives any mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under the laws applicable to you.

By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity required to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
If you are under the age of legal majority where you reside, you may use the Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
Our Store is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 years of age.
When using the Services or placing an order, you may be required to provide information including your:
• Name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Billing address
• Shipping address
• Payment information
• Other information reasonably necessary to process an order
You agree that information supplied by you will be current, complete, and accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You may not sell, transfer, assign, or license your customer account to another person without our permission.
SECTION 3 — LAWFUL USE
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the Services to:
• Violate any applicable local, state, federal, national, or international law
• Commit or facilitate fraud
• Use payment information without authorization
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Submit false or misleading information
• Distribute malware or malicious code
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Services
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Collect personal information about others unlawfully
• Spam, phish, pharm, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Services
• Circumvent security, authorization, fraud-prevention, or access controls
• Engage in conduct intended to harm Westmere, Shopify, our customers, or our service providers
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we reasonably determine that these Terms have been materially violated.
SECTION 4 — OUR PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display products offered through our Store.
Product listings may contain information regarding:
• Dimensions
• Materials
• Colors
• Features
• Compatibility
• Included components
• Variants
• Safety information
• Country of origin
• Manufacturer information
• Other relevant specifications
Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting, manufacturing batches, production tolerances, display settings, or the device used to view the Store.
Such minor variations do not change the essential characteristics that a product is legally required to possess.
Product photographs should not be interpreted as including accessories, decorations, quantities, props, or other items unless the applicable product description expressly states that they are included.
You should review the complete product title, description, specifications, variant selection, safety information, and applicable delivery information before purchasing.
We may update product descriptions, specifications, availability, and offerings from time to time.
We may discontinue products or restrict sales in particular countries or regions where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in this Section allows us to materially substitute a different product without your consent where applicable law requires consent.
SECTION 5 — THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT AND DROPSHIPPING
Westmere operates an international ecommerce business and may use third-party fulfillment providers, manufacturers, suppliers, warehouses, logistics companies, and dropshipping partners to store, prepare, or dispatch products.
As a result, products may be shipped directly to you by a fulfillment or supply partner.
The shipping origin of a product may differ from our business or mailing address.
The use of a third-party fulfillment provider does not change the identity of the seller.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Aldebaran Commerce Business LLC remains your seller and Westmere remains your customer-service contact for purchases made through our Store.
Third-party fulfillment does not reduce or eliminate statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
SECTION 6 — PRODUCT SAFETY AND REGULATED PRODUCTS
Products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with applicable instructions, warnings, labels, manuals, and safety information.
Where required by applicable law, relevant manufacturer, model, traceability, safety, responsible-person, importer, or similar regulatory information may be provided:
• On the product page
• On packaging
• On product labeling
• In accompanying documentation
• Through a linked product-safety page
You must not purchase, import, possess, export, or use a product where doing so would be unlawful in your destination jurisdiction.
We may refuse, restrict, or cancel an order when we reasonably determine that fulfillment would violate applicable law, product-safety requirements, sanctions, export controls, carrier restrictions, or other legally binding requirements.
SECTION 7 — PRICES, CURRENCY, TAXES, AND DISCOUNTS
Product prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the Store, selected market, or checkout.
Currency conversion may be performed by Shopify, a payment provider, or your financial institution.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may charge currency-conversion or international transaction fees that we do not control.
The total price payable will be displayed before you submit your order and will include mandatory charges collected by us where required by applicable law.
Applicable treatment of:
• Taxes
• Shipping charges
• Customs charges
• Import duties
• Other import-related charges
is described at checkout and/or in our Shipping Policy.
Prices, promotions, and discounts may change prospectively without notice.
The price applicable to your purchase will normally be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine errors as permitted by law.
Promotional campaigns may be subject to additional terms.
Where applicable consumer law regulates reference prices or discount announcements, we will use the legally required reference price.
Promotional discounts may not be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.
SECTION 8 — PLACING AN ORDER
Submitting an order through checkout constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automated order confirmation generally confirms that we received your order.
Depending on applicable law and our checkout process, receipt of an automated confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been finally accepted.
A binding sales contract may be formed when:
• We expressly accept the order
• Payment is successfully captured
• We dispatch the goods
or at another point required under applicable law.
We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
• Payment failure
• Suspected fraud
• Unauthorized payment
• Product unavailability
• Material pricing or listing error
• Duplicate orders
• Unlawful destination
• Product restrictions
• Sanctions or export restrictions
• Abusive purchasing activity
• Inability to fulfill the order within the applicable terms
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the eligible amount to the original payment method unless another method is required or agreed under applicable law.
SECTION 9 — PERSONAL AND HOUSEHOLD PURCHASES
Unless we expressly agree otherwise, products sold through the consumer Store are intended for personal or household use.
You may not use the Store to engage in unauthorized resale, unlawful export, fraudulent purchasing activity, or other commercial conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law.
We may reasonably limit quantities per customer, household, account, payment method, or destination when necessary to protect inventory, prevent fraud, or enforce a legitimate promotion.
SECTION 10 — ACCURACY OF BILLING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase, billing, contact, payment, and shipping information.
Please carefully review your delivery address before placing your order.
If you discover an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at:
gabrieldamasceno0244@gmail.com
We will make reasonable efforts to correct the information before fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee an address or order modification once processing or shipment has begun.
We may request reasonable verification when necessary to:
• Prevent fraud
• Verify payment authorization
• Protect account security
• Confirm eligibility
• Comply with legal obligations
Failure to provide reasonably necessary verification may result in cancellation and refund where appropriate.
SECTION 11 — PAYMENTS
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on:
• Country
• Currency
• Device
• Payment provider
• Customer eligibility
Payments may be processed through Shopify Payments and/or other payment providers displayed at checkout.
Payment providers may perform:
• Authorization
• Authentication
• Fraud screening
• Currency conversion
• Payment processing
• Settlement
under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.
Your payment method may be authorized when an order is placed and charged or captured according to the applicable checkout and payment configuration.
We generally do not intentionally receive or store complete payment card numbers or card security codes when payments are handled through a hosted payment checkout.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted for the purchase.
SECTION 12 — FRAUD PREVENTION
We may use automated and manual fraud-prevention systems to protect customers and our business.
These systems may consider signals including:
• Billing information
• Shipping information
• IP address
• Device information
• Account activity
• Transaction patterns
• Payment information
• Previous disputes
• Fraud-risk indicators
An order may be temporarily delayed while a reasonable fraud or security review is conducted.
We may cancel or reject transactions that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, unauthorized, unlawful, abusive, or materially high-risk.
Where applicable law restricts solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects, we will comply with those requirements.
SECTION 13 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing times, delivery estimates, shipping methods, fulfillment origins, split shipments, tracking information, customs treatment, import charges, and delay procedures are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times displayed through the Store are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
International shipments may be affected by:
• Carrier operations
• Customs processing
• Weather
• Public holidays
• Security inspections
• Address problems
• Import procedures
• Events outside reasonable control
We will not be responsible for delays caused solely by events outside our reasonable control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
However, nothing in this Section eliminates any statutory right you may have regarding delayed, undelivered, lost, damaged, or non-conforming goods.
Where consumer law applies, risk of loss generally remains with us until you or a person designated by you takes physical possession of the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise or where you independently arrange a carrier not offered by us.
We specifically do not rely on the mere transfer of a parcel to our carrier to remove mandatory consumer protections.
SECTION 14 — SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Items within the same order may be dispatched separately and may arrive on different dates.
When available, separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.
You will not be charged additional shipping solely because we elect to split an order unless a separate customer-requested shipping arrangement was clearly disclosed and accepted.
SECTION 15 — CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND WITHDRAWAL
Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
That policy explains:
• Our 30-day commercial return period
• How to request a return
• Return conditions
• Defective-product procedures
• Refund procedures
• Exchanges
• Order cancellations
• Return shipping
• EU/EEA withdrawal rights
• UK cancellation rights
• Statutory product guarantees
If you wish to cancel an order before shipment, contact us as soon as possible:
gabrieldamasceno0244@gmail.com
We will make reasonable efforts to stop fulfillment, but cancellation before shipment cannot always be guaranteed once processing has begun.
Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or warranty rights remain unaffected.
SECTION 16 — EUROPEAN UNION AND EEA CONSUMER RIGHTS
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law.
These rights may include, where applicable:
• Statutory withdrawal rights for distance purchases
• Rights relating to defective or non-conforming products
• Legal guarantees
• Rights relating to late or failed delivery
• Rights concerning transparent pricing
• Rights concerning unfair contract terms
Our voluntary policies operate in addition to, and not instead of, mandatory consumer protections.
SECTION 17 — UNITED KINGDOM CONSUMER RIGHTS
If you are a consumer located in the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UK consumer law.
Where applicable, these may include rights concerning:
• Distance-sale cancellation
• Product conformity
• Defective goods
• Delivery
• Refunds
• Misdescribed products
• Unfair contract terms
SECTION 18 — SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING CHARGES
We will not charge recurring fees unless a product or service is expressly identified as a subscription or recurring purchase before checkout.
If we offer subscriptions, we will clearly disclose applicable information such as:
• Price
• Billing frequency
• Renewal conditions
• Minimum term, if any
• Trial conditions, if any
• Cancellation method
before the customer agrees to the recurring purchase.
Any additional subscription terms required by applicable law will be provided before enrollment.
SECTION 19 — GIFT CARDS AND STORE CREDIT
If gift cards or store credit are offered, they may be subject to separate terms displayed when issued or purchased.
Store credit will not replace a monetary refund where applicable law requires a refund to the original payment method or another monetary reimbursement.
SECTION 20 — REVIEWS, TESTIMONIALS, FEEDBACK, AND USER CONTENT
Reviews and testimonials should represent genuine experiences.
We do not knowingly publish fabricated customer reviews or represent compensated endorsements as independent reviews.
Where compensation, discounts, free products, or another material incentive is provided for content, applicable disclosure requirements must be followed.
We may moderate or remove content that:
• Is unlawful
• Is fraudulent
• Is abusive or threatening
• Contains unnecessary personal information
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains malware
• Is irrelevant
• Appears intentionally deceptive
• Violates these Terms
We will not remove a legitimate review merely because it expresses a negative opinion.
If you submit reviews, photographs, videos, feedback, suggestions, or other content ("User Content"), you represent that you have the necessary rights to submit it.
You grant Westmere and Aldebaran Commerce Business LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, format, translate, publish, distribute, and display that User Content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services, subject to applicable privacy, intellectual-property, and consumer laws.
You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit.
Where applicable law provides a right to request removal, you may exercise that right.
SECTION 21 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Westmere website and its original:
• Text
• Graphics
• Design
• Layout
• Logos
• Software
• Videos
• Photographs
• Branding
• Other original content
are owned by Aldebaran Commerce Business LLC, its affiliates, licensors, or other applicable rights holders.
You may use the Services for lawful personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
Except as permitted by law, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, scrape, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected Store content without authorization.
Third-party trademarks, trade names, product names, logos, designs, and other intellectual property displayed through our Store remain the property of their respective owners.
The appearance of a third-party trademark does not by itself imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement unless expressly stated.
Shopify's trademarks and intellectual property belong to Shopify or its licensors.
SECTION 22 — OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may provide access to tools, features, applications, or services operated by third parties.
Such tools may be subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policies.
Unless the third-party tool is acting on our behalf in fulfilling our legal obligations to you, use of an optional third-party service is generally at your discretion.
We do not control independent third-party services and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, or performance.
We may introduce additional tools, features, integrations, or resources in the future. Unless otherwise stated, these features will also form part of the Services and be subject to these Terms.
SECTION 23 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our Services may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.
We do not control independent third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, policies, availability, accuracy, or security.
You should review the terms and privacy practices of third-party services before using them.
Nothing in this Section reduces our responsibility for suppliers, processors, carriers, or other service providers acting on our behalf where applicable law makes us responsible for their performance.
SECTION 24 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Westmere is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
However, sales and purchases made through our Store are transactions directly between you and Westmere, operated by Aldebaran Commerce Business LLC.
Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by Westmere.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims, losses, injuries, or damages arising solely from products sold by Westmere or the sales contract between you and Westmere.
Nothing in this Section excludes any responsibility that Shopify independently has to you under applicable law or under services separately provided directly by Shopify.
SECTION 25 — PRIVACY
Personal information collected or processed in connection with the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy describes:
• Information we collect
• How we use information
• How information is disclosed
• Shopify's role
• Cookies and advertising technologies
• International transfers
• Customer privacy rights
• Privacy opt-out mechanisms
Certain information is also processed by Shopify under Shopify's applicable privacy policies.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed by Shopify and other providers involved in delivering the Services, including providers located outside your country of residence, subject to applicable privacy law.
SECTION 26 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally, information available through the Services may contain:
• Typographical errors
• Pricing errors
• Product-description errors
• Inventory errors
• Promotion errors
• Shipping-charge errors
• Transit-time errors
• Availability errors
• Technical errors
We may correct errors or update inaccurate information when discovered.
If a material error affects an order you have already placed, we will handle the matter in accordance with applicable law.
Where appropriate, we may contact you and offer the choice to:
• Confirm the transaction using corrected information, or
• Cancel the affected order and receive a refund
We will not substitute a materially different product without your consent where consent is legally required.
SECTION 27 — AUTOMATED AGENTS, BOTS, AND SCRAPING
This Section applies where software, services, artificial intelligence tools, bots, agents, crawlers, or other automated systems ("Agents") access, use, or interact with our Services.
Agents must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, technical restrictions, and access instructions made available by the Services.
We may limit, block, or control automated access to protect:
• Customers
• Website security
• Server resources
• Intellectual property
• Personal information
• Service availability
Agents may not:
• Conceal automated activity
• Misrepresent themselves as human users
• Circumvent CAPTCHAs
• Circumvent access restrictions
• Circumvent security measures
• Circumvent rate limits
• Interfere with Store functionality
• Harvest personal information unlawfully
• Engage in unauthorized scraping
Where we expressly require automated systems to identify themselves through technical standards or user-agent information, such systems must comply with those requirements.
SECTION 28 — SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We aim to maintain reliable access to the Services but cannot guarantee that the website will always be:
• Uninterrupted
• Error-free
• Available
• Secure from every possible threat
• Compatible with every device
We may temporarily restrict or suspend parts of the Services for:
• Maintenance
• Security
• Technical issues
• Legal requirements
• Service-provider outages
• Upgrades
Nothing in this Section affects your rights relating to an order that has already been accepted.
SECTION 29 — WARRANTIES AND STATUTORY RIGHTS
Products sold through our Store remain subject to all mandatory warranties, statutory guarantees, conformity rights, and remedies applicable to the transaction.
Any voluntary, commercial, or manufacturer warranty is additional to mandatory consumer rights and does not replace them.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website itself and optional informational features are provided on an "as available" basis.
We do not exclude any warranty, remedy, responsibility, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
In particular, nothing in these Terms eliminates mandatory rights concerning goods that are:
• Defective
• Unsafe
• Misdescribed
• Non-conforming
• Not delivered
• Delivered materially late
• Different from what was ordered
SECTION 30 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability for:
• Fraud
• Fraudulent misrepresentation
• Willful misconduct
• Death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be excluded
• Mandatory product-safety obligations
• Mandatory consumer guarantees
• Other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded
Subject to these exceptions and mandatory consumer rights, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses that are not a natural consequence of our breach.
We are not responsible for business losses arising from a purchase made solely as a consumer for personal or household purposes.
Where applicable law permits liability to be limited, our aggregate liability relating to an affected order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, unless applicable law requires a higher remedy or does not permit such limitation.
SECTION 31 — INDEMNIFICATION FOR UNLAWFUL USE
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable costs resulting directly from your:
• Intentional unlawful use of the Services
• Fraud
• Malicious code
• Intellectual-property infringement
• Unauthorized access
• Material breach of these Terms
This provision does not make a consumer responsible for losses caused by:
• Our conduct
• Our negligence where liability cannot be excluded
• Our suppliers acting on our behalf
• Ordinary lawful use of the Services
• Matters for which applicable consumer law places responsibility on us
SECTION 32 — SANCTIONS, EXPORT CONTROLS, AND RESTRICTED DESTINATIONS
Orders may be screened against applicable:
• Sanctions
• Restricted-party requirements
• Export controls
• Import restrictions
• Carrier restrictions
• Legal destination restrictions
We may refuse, suspend, or cancel a transaction when fulfillment would violate applicable law or a binding legal requirement imposed on us or our payment, logistics, or service providers.
If an order is lawfully cancelled after payment has been collected, an appropriate refund will be issued.
SECTION 33 — EVENTS OUTSIDE REASONABLE CONTROL
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused exclusively by circumstances outside our reasonable control to the extent permitted by law.
Examples may include:
• Natural disasters
• Severe weather
• War
• Civil disturbances
• Government action
• Customs disruption
• Carrier network failures
• Widespread infrastructure failures
• Labor disruptions
• Public-health emergencies
Where such an event materially affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimize its impact and provide notice, cancellation, refund, or other remedies where required by applicable law.
SECTION 34 — ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
You agree that transactional communications may be provided electronically, including:
• Order confirmations
• Receipts
• Shipping information
• Tracking notices
• Refund confirmations
• Cancellation acknowledgments
• Contractual notices
• Privacy communications
• Product safety communications
Where required, communications will be provided in a format that you can retain.
Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements and may be unsubscribed from separately.
SECTION 35 — TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary because of:
• Material violation of these Terms
• Fraud
• Security risks
• Abuse
• Unlawful activity
• Technical or legal requirements
Termination of website access does not eliminate payment, refund, warranty, consumer, privacy, or other obligations relating to transactions completed before termination.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain effective, including provisions relating to:
• Intellectual property
• User Content
• Liability
• Privacy
• Disputes
• Legal compliance
SECTION 36 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
SECTION 37 — WAIVER
Our failure to exercise or enforce a right or provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a permanent waiver of that right or provision.
SECTION 38 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with policies and terms expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services and purchases through the Store.
They supersede prior versions relating to the same subject matter except where applicable law provides otherwise.
SECTION 39 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your contractual rights or obligations in a manner prohibited by law or without our consent where consent is legally required.
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations as part of a:
• Merger
• Reorganization
• Sale
• Financing
• Corporate restructuring
• Transfer of the business
provided that such transfer does not unlawfully reduce mandatory consumer rights.
SECTION 40 — GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
However, if you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply under the laws of your habitual country or place of residence where those protections cannot legally be waived.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from bringing a claim before a court or authority available under mandatory local law.
Before commencing formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at:
gabrieldamasceno0244@gmail.com
so that we have an opportunity to attempt to resolve the matter.
This is not a requirement where applicable law gives you the right to proceed directly to a court, regulator, consumer authority, payment provider, or other competent body.
Where jurisdiction can lawfully be agreed, disputes may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming, United States.
Consumers retain any mandatory right to bring proceedings in another forum provided by applicable law.
SECTION 41 — HEADINGS
Headings are included only for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
SECTION 42 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:
• Legal changes
• Regulatory requirements
• Business changes
• New Services
• New technologies
• Operational changes
The current version will be posted on this page together with the applicable "Last updated" date.
The version generally applicable to an order is the version in effect when that order was placed, unless a later change is:
• Required by law, or
• More favorable to the customer
Where applicable law requires advance notice or additional consent for a material change, we will provide such notice or obtain consent.
